CiviCRM developer needed - UK based

Hi

I have been running a project based on a new website build for a business I currently contract with.
The site has been developed in Drupal (7) with CiviCRM being added for all membership data.
I now have at least 6 areas of development I want to progress and I am looking for a CiviCRM specialist to work on these packaged-based areas, meaning, if we can, I would like a developer to work on these areas sequentially to deliver them in phases. So its packaged based work, not time contracts.

We have been working with civicrm+drupal since last 5+ yrs. We are delhi based indian company and have ability to support during the UK hours. Let me know if you are interested we are willing to work on package based billing (Fixed Price).
