Hello, We are experiencing problems with the Civic newsletter function and are looking for help.

Background: We were sending a newsletter to about 20,000 contacts (doing this for a year now without problems). This time, after about 10,000 successfully sent newsletters, the system just stopped sending. This was also reflected in the newsletter dashboard.

No settings or files were changed during the send process.

Looking at the info page "Setting Up the Cron Job" at "http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC43/CiviMail+Installation" and triggering the cron manually via URL, this does not result in the newsletter being delivered. Also no other test newsletters we created were sent (Here is was wondering what the landing page should look like after triggering the cron URL?).

Now my questions, does anyone know how we can narrow down the problem, has experienced this problem as well, or has a solution idea?
