CiviSMTP Account setup URL returns 404

https://www.civismtp.com/civismtp/account

Step 3 of your setup instructions send me to this URL but I get a 404 error when I go there.

This should be https://www.civismtp.com/drupal/civismtp/account

It still is not working. Although I am logged in, I get:

Your account hasn't been activated yet, we're setting it up right now.

You will receive an email once it's active.

Did you want to use your own domain or would you like us to set up a *.civismtp.org domain for you with MX and SPF records?
