I am helping a small charity set up CiviCRM using Joomla. All the data for their contacts and contributions has loaded properly. However when they look at the contributions for a contact the complete list may not display.

The display limit seems to be approximately 5 years. For example if a donor has given regularly from 2004 to the present you can see either contributions from 2013 to 2009 or you can view contributions from 2004 to 2008 depending on whether the "received date" is sorted as ascending or descending. There is no "next page" to click and move through the whole list.

Any suggestions welcomed. I assume there is a limit in php that needs changing. I should appreciate help.

The charity is using CiviCRM 4.2.0 and Joomla. To give an example. One supporter has made 95 contributions (91 gifts and 4 soft credits) according to the number on the "tab" but only 50 contributions are visible in the list when I click on the contributions tab.

If I use advanced search and choose "display as contributions" I have a list of all 91 gifts .
