Newbie Question: Can we Delete "Welcome to CIVICRM 4.3.4" box?

Is there a way to remove the box on the main page that says "Welcome to CiviCRM 4.3.4" ? 
Is this done in the configuration or do I remove it from one of the templates?

Thanks for any suggestions/help!

FYI this message is coming from below file :
/civicrm/templates/CRM/Contact/Page/DashBoardDashlet.tpl around line no :60 there is variable $communityMessages
