Putting CiviCRM information in a Drupal article
July 06, 2013, 12:27:48 pm
Hi there,

On a new Drupal site with CiviCRM I want to put contact information of the logged in user in a Drupal article. So first I would like to display some explanatory text after which the CiviCRM contact information can be displayed.
So for instance:

<Start of article>
Text: "Below your current contactinformation is displayed. Would you be so kind to make changes if necessary?"
CiviCRM contact information

<End of article>

I would like to do a similar thing with Events: After clicking a link in a menu I would like to display a certain event so people can enroll.
I experimented with views, but this did not give me the results I like. How would I be able to accomplish these things?

Kind regards,

Berry

thanks for that Hershel. I am new to CiviCRM and did not read the manual completely. This put me on the right track.
