Sending Backdated Renewal Reminders
July 07, 2013, 11:17:15 pm
We need to send renewal reminders to a significant proportion of members who, through an oversight, haven't been getting them for some months, but can't see any facility for this within the update member status and send reminders system.

This is after having gone through something of the same issues as some other users here and here, and finding that our test reminders weren't sending because overdue reminders don't rollover. It transpires that reminders will only be sent on the day they are due to be sent. Apart from this being far from ideal or intuitive operation design, it leaves us with the problem of how to catch up.

At the moment I can only suggest to our client they manually mail to a smartgroup of lapsed users. Is there anything more elegant possible here?
