From address is bounce address
July 08, 2013, 09:09:43 am
First off, everything is functioning with my CiviMail install and it's great!

However, when I send a mailing, the From header contains the bounce address and is ugly for recipients. The gist is:

Quote
Reply-To: "My Organization" <the "from" address for the mailing>
From: my bounce processing address

The only real problem I see with this setup is that the recipient will see my bounce processing address as the sender, when I really want them to see "My Organization" as the sender. Is there any chance I can either
  • Add a name to the current From address (eg "My Organization" <my bounce processing address>)? OR
  • Make "My Organization" <the "from" address for the mailing> the From address?
I'd appreciate any help as I've been through all the settings and documentation multiple times and am having a hard time figuring this out.
