Weirdest thing - I'm using CiviCRM 4.3.1 at the moment.  I set up CiviMail, and everything seemed fine.  I set up a new mailing, put in my message body, told it to use the header and footer, and a test email (as well as previewed on screen).  Everything looked perfect.  But then when I sent the message to the whole group, the header and footer didn't appear!  I know these had to have been in the mailing because 1. they're in my test email and 2. the footer contains the required address and optout tokens, so it won't even let me compose one without the footer.

Anyone have any idea what might have happened?  I hate that I just made a bad first impression on all our group members by sending out an email with no signature, footers, opt out option, etc... especially since I was quite cautious and sent tests.  :-(

Ah...guess I'll have to figure out how to update, then.  (Was hoping to just get settled and get my feet under me for a bit before starting updates....)  Thanks!
