I have to login twice

I have a new civi site up and running.  I go to Drupal and login as an admin user.  This then displays the link to civi crm.  I click on the link and civi loads but in the dashboard I get another two login screens (one in each column) with "access denied".  I login again with the same login and everything is hunky dory.  Any ideas?  I

You are dropping or adding WWW to your domain name. In civicrm.settings.php it is set either with or without the WWW. Use that and you will be OK.
