Require Wordpress Account creation not working properly

Hello,

Wordpress CiviCRM 4.3

I set the setting under the default profile "Name and Address". I cleared the cache in CiviCRM.

When you go to the above URL the create a word press account option is enabled, but not showing.  :-[

It's also set so "Anyone can register" in drupal. I also cleared the browsers cache...

What am I missing?

Add a primary email address field in the profile, as email address is a required field for Wordpress account creation.

Great, now that I have that working. I have re-capctha on the form and I get a Could not open socket error.
