Hey,

On https://github.com/CiviCooP/org.civicoop.general.api.country I have published an extension which contains an API (v3) wrapper for the Country BAO.

Cool, could you create an issue and make a PR with the api code and the test?

This should be part of the core, no need to move it to an extension
-Hackathon and data journalism about the European parliament 24-26 jan. Watch out the result
