DB Error: unknown error; How do you enable CiviCRM to show more details?

Hi All,

I'm upgrading from 4.3.4 to 4.3.5 this morning, but when I run the upgrade script, it gave me an "DB Error: unknown error."  I notice that other forum members are able to show more details on what this error is.  So I wonder how I can do that so that I may learn where it is failing?

check the CiviCRM.*.log files in /sites/default/files/civicrm/ConfigAndLog

Thanks!  The log mentions one of my custom fields is causing an error.  I deleted that custom field and my upgrade goes smoothly afterward.  Thanks again!
