Checkbox output in emails
July 12, 2013, 05:13:03 am
Hi,

We have a checkbox custom field on an event registration profile. It works great but when the confirmation email gets sent out the 'Null' checkbox field is being shown in the table as being empty which makes sense but we've had people read the label of the field to the left and think they have ticked it. Is it possible to change the output of the checkbox to show 'No' instead of blank when output into the email?

Screenshot attached,

Cheers,

Dave

You could certainly customize one of the email templates (not sure which one offhand) to achieve this.
