Current Employer field not working in profile search

Hi

I have just upgraded to Civi 4.3.5 (Drupal Build) and now the profile search functionality on one of my sites is not working correctly.

I had set up the profile to enable searching by 'Current Employer' but this now only produces blank results. If, however, you search using a different field and view results it is showing the current employer field. I have checked and the field is definately searchable.

Any ideas?
