I am getting an error In the sandbox: Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.

http://sandbox.drupal.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/custom/group/field/add

When I create custom fields / add set of custom fields / set name   (gave it a name: more user info )  sandbox will change, but it's there now if you want to look.  I added a custom field 1, (it's there) but when I tried to add a second field I get:
Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.

someone had the backtrace on, so I attached those results (see attachment)

There is a problem with:
Quote
'friend's name (ie yhow )'
Check the quotes?
