No Reports will run
July 16, 2013, 06:18:07 pm
I accidentally posted this in the forum above this one. Meant to post it here. If an admin can delete the one in the forum above this.

I just realized that no reports will run on my install. When i attempt to run a report I get the following error message:
Code: [Select]
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare drupal_error_levels() in /home/USER/DOMAIN/includes/errors.inc on line 16

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class QueryConditionInterface in /home/USER/DOMAIN/includes/database/query.inc on line 16

I searched and only found two topics with that error but there was no resolution to them.

I'm seriously considering abandoning civiCRM. It seems it keeps with every upgrade to get more and more memory and resource intensive. When I started out with it I was able to run it without a problem on my shared hosting account. Now I've had to upgrade my account to a more expensive account and it's still having trouble handling civi. My account says that it allows triggers to be used, however I get trigger errors.

Hi. I deleted your other post.

Did you Google for the error "Cannot redeclare drupal_error_levels"? Because there are many reports of this not having to do with CiviCRM. XCache is often the culprit, so if you have that, disable it.

Not sure it helps, but I will mention it anyway....I always recommend that customers use a specialized CiviCRM hoster. We (so far, touch wood) have not experienced any trouble with hosting but we are on a server where only CiviCRM installs reside and the configuration is geared towards using CiviCRM.

I didn't think about googling it. I had enabled XCache on the site but didn't associate the message with that. It's working now.

Besides Civihosting what others are there?  I have 4 domain names each is a separate site so Civihosting would be expensive since they only allow one site per account.

Glad to hear that.

You can find some recommendations for other hosts on the CiviCRM Hosting provider information wiki page and also there are several resources on the CiviCRM Experts page who offer hosting.
