Can't load any page except contact search (fixed)

Drupal 7.22, Civi 4.3.5

Was working fine, my co-worker was experimenting with extensions. Installed twillio, and civimobile no problem. Went to install clickatell. After copying the files into the extensions directory he goes to the extensions management page and it won't load. After that all pages show the dashboard page with the loading graphic.

Things I have tried:

  • I have cleared cache (a bunch)
  • Purged the extensions (both files and in the database)
  • Cleared templates_c and ConfigAndLog
  • Changed the resource urls in civicrm.settings.config as per suggestion on IRC
  • Logged out, and back in
  • Mutliple browsers

Any ideas what else I can try? Any ideas on how to troubleshoot? Thanks everybody.

FIXED

Somehow records had gotten deleted from civicrm_menu. I re-inserted from a backup and now we're back in business.
