Validate price set error in test drive mode

please note - relative noob here!!

when testing registration for an event, I get this error:

Undefined index: 3 in CRM_Event_Form_Registration::validatePriceSet() (line 1304 of /var/www/clients/client46/web240/web/modules/civicrm/CRM/Event/Form/Registration.php)

have cleared up previous error in price set (was using wrong currency!!), can't think of what error might be here.

registration proceeds as normal, and entry is created for new registrant - but I can't proceed to payment. Therefore keen to iron this out before going on to 'live' registration, any advice? thanks
