How can a contact remove themselves from a Group?

Newby here - I figured out how a contact can add themselves to a Group via Profile, but I can't figure out how they can go back later and remove themselves.  I see that this has been asked before, but I can't find any answers.

If they uncheck the group from the profile (when they are logged in / checksummed in), it should remove them from the group
