Fatal Error when attempt to import contacts

I have just completed installing CiviCRM 4.3.5 with an existing Drupal 7.22 site (separate databases)

When I attempt to import contacts I get the following message on this page /civicrm/import/contact?reset=1
Fatal error: Class 'HTML_QuickForm_file' not found in */sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/HTML/QuickForm.php on line 603

What possibly could be causing this? On the same shared host (in a different sub-directory) I have a 4.2 version of CiviCRM which is working correctly.

Problem was due to corrupted uploads when I installed CiviCRM. I had checked before but I did not have my synchronizer compare file sizes. When I did there were quite a few files that were the wrong size. (My host was having problems at the time of upload.) When I resynchronized the files the fatal error disappeared.
