Unable to Add New Payment Processor: ICICI Payment Gateway

Hi,

I am facing 2 issues:

1. I created an extension to add a ICICI payment gateway. but when I put it in /sites/default/civicrm/custom/... It shows this in extension list but extension key is missing from "Name(key)". I shows like "ICICI(.)"

2. When however this extension added and I created a payment processor. It is not showing this on my contribution form, for it to take me to the payment page.

Can anyone who has worked with CiviCRM in Drupal 7, please help me urgently.
