can you ask your question in specific pls.

1) If you want to replace the English words in your CiviCRM application, you can go to this screen and change the English to German

 Administer-> Customize data and Screens -> Word Replacements

 or

 http://localhost/yoursite/civicrm/admin/options/wordreplacements?reset=1

 but you make sure that Word in Civi is Unique to avoid any mess

2) If you want to translate:
 you can visit this link and you can write the German Tranlation for English
