Double Confirmation customization

I've enabled double confirmation and have run into a couple of issues:

1. I'd like to customize the text of the mail a bit but it doesn't seem to be one of the message template workflows.  Is it?

2.  The message has an option to "reply to confirm" but that goes to a non-existent address in my domain. Do I need to create a special address, or should the address used as the from/bounce address be configured as a catch-all?

The confirm and welcome messages are configurable under Administer > CiviMail > Headers, Footers and Automated Messages

Not sure about #2 - maybe jump on IRC to ask that one if u don't get response here.

Thanks.  Dealing with #2 was simple. I deleted the "Reply to this message or" part of the confirmation.
