Advice wanted - Custom Module - images and css location?
July 27, 2013, 08:06:52 am
Hi guys,

This question is just for advice rather than a problem that needs solving (I'm new to CiviCRM).

I've recently slapped a bit of JQuery onto a module that produces a list. The jQuery handles how many and which of this list is displayed - it's pretty neat.

But I was wondering...

For the buttons, where in the filepath is a good place for the images and css that aligns them to go? I'm guessing somewhere in the themes directory. But since the whole JS is about displaying it, and the JS for the module is currently inside the custom modules folder, should the JS file itself also be moved to the theme directory? Does civi have a convention for storing button icons already?

Thanks!

Hello. It sounds like you have built a custom module for Drupal but it's not clear. Your forum profile isn't filled out. Please clarify if that's the case.

If it is, then images and CSS for a specific module belong in that module's directory.
