Scheduled reminders - immediate reminder

Im setting up scheduled reminders. I want to send out a reminder immediately an activity is created. I have tried setting it so that the reminders should go out 'in the past' but this does not work. Anyone any ideas?

Tony, I have seen the same issue. With memberships, it seems to work well, but for activities it does not. What version are you on ?

"0 hours after register date" sends immediately in the custom event bit we've done, I've not tried it on an activity though.
