CiviCRM Mailer not accessible

I just discovered that on one of my websites (using CiviCRM 4.2.6 on Wordpress 3.5) I can't access the mailer preferences anymore. I just get to the standard error page of our wordpress.

The link I use is [MyDomain]/wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/admin/mail&reset=1

To mention that all the other pages of CiviCRM seem to work.

Any idea what's wrong and how to repair?

Something must have changed to cause this. You can try to clear your cache files. Also ask your host if anything changed on the server.
