It would be helpful to be able to find contacts that aren't in a particular group. It's kind of like a null search, but instead of looking for contacts with no groups a person would be looking for contacts that aren't in a certain group. Ex. If I had over 5000 contacts and I was separating them between two cities, I could do a search to see which contacts I haven't distinguished yet.

Search builder can do this, I believe.
