[RESOLVED] 500 Internal Server Error only on CiviCRM Dashboard?
August 04, 2013, 03:59:41 pm
Dear All,
I'm wondering if anyone can point me to the right direction.  My current installation is Drupal 7.22 w/ CiviCRM 4.3.5.  When I try to go to CiviCRM, it is giving me a 500 Internal Server Error (civicrm?reset=1).  But if I go to anywhere else, such as civicrm/admin, I'm able to see the CiviCRM interface and all of the data are there.

I created two custom dashlet last weeks, so the first thing I did was delete those two custom reports.  I also tried logging with the SuperAdmin account, but I still can't get into the dashboard main page.  I checked the permission and the modules, and everything seems to be correct there.  I also checked my VPS uptime / resource usage, and there seems to be no downtime and I'm only using 30% CPU resource.  I've also checked the CiviCRM logs.  The most recent log says that someone were trying to log on to Profile 12, so I went and disable that profile, but I'm still seeing the 500 Internal Server Error.

Do you know what I should do next?  Any help is appreciated.

Aaron

Update
I needed to send out an email to a specific group of people, and I assigned them into a smart group so that I can send them a mass email.  Somehow when I delete that smart group, I'm able to go to the Dashboard.   ???
