Is this on Drupal? What version of CiviCRM? Give us more details.

You need to revert back to your older version and enable debugging and try again.

OK, so then enable debugging and try again.

Can you do that now? That screen should now have more details.

OK, I believe we know at least now what the problem is:

You are trying upgrade from 4.1.6 to 4.3.5 but you can't run the upgrader. Thus is you visit any other page you get an error because the table civicrm_extension doesn't exist. That much is expected--it doesn't exist because you didn't run the upgrader yet.

What I would suggest is try to upgrade to an earlier version first, such as 4.2. If you get a white page, then you need to ask your host or sysadmin as to why--there should be an error in the error logs.

So....
4.1.6 > 4.2.0 > 4.3.5

Is it correct?

Is not possible to add this table on DB?  :P

Try 4.1.6 > 4.2.0 and see if it works.

No, you can't just add tables. That error means that you haven't run the upgrader. The upgrader does many things. One of them is adding that table. If you would just add that table, you would still be lacking all the other changes.

You must run the upgrader successfully for each step.
