Need help Uninstalling Civic CRM to install new version

Hello:

I'm fairly new, and I think I got myself into a jam.

I have Joomla 2.5 and I installed Civic CRM 4.2.1; when I tried to upgrade to 4.3 it didn't go well and corrupted the Civic CRM

I have been trying to completely uninstall Civic CRM from my Joomla and PHP, but I can't seem to get rid of it all

Can someone help me direct me how to get rid of everything, including in the PHP; I want to reinstall it cleanly again.

Perhaps this could help:

Instead of com_foobar use com_civicrm :)
