Hi guys,

I've read lots about the way that Civi handles bounce emails, particularly with putting the addresses of the bounced replies on hold.

What I'd like is to write a module for us to be able to drop someone a text asking them to update their email details if it bounces.

Are there hooks to write such a plugin, or is there a module currently in existence that lets us do this? Would it be easier to write or amend a batch processing job to let us do this?
