Error: CiviCRM-001
August 07, 2013, 09:10:39 am
I'm using:
Joomla 2.5.11
CicCRM 4.34

In "Administer CiviCRM" I get this when I click on any config link:

Quote
Error: CiviCRM-001
Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
You do not have permission to access this page

If I select items from the CiviCRM main menu, it works.

I am logged in as a superuser admin and I haven't changed any permissions in the file structure.

Any help is appreciated... thanks.

I can see that the links in the main CiviCRM menu differ from those in the Administrator console

http://domain.org/index.php?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/tag&Itemid=287&reset=1
console URL missing /administrator/ part of path.

main menu URL:
http://domain.org/administrator/?option=com_civicrm&task=civicrm/admin/tag&reset=1

anybody know how to remedy this?

thanks.

You need to cleanup caches.

Administer>Sytem Settings>Clean up caches and Update paths
Pretty Good Designs | http://prettygooddesigns.com | Hey, that's pretty good!
