Cleanup caches needed daily
August 08, 2013, 06:33:35 am
Hi,

I have JUST one site where the caches are wrong every day but once cleaned up stay good for the rest of the day. The rest of my sites do not have this problem.

Is this something I can fix.

Thanks,
Helen

You have other sites on the same server? All the same versions of Joomla and CiviCRM? Which caches? DB or files?

What do you mean they "are wrong?"

We need as much detail as possible to help.

Sorry I forgot the meat!

Joomla 2.5.14
CiviCRM 4.3.5
Same server

paths on the backend lose the "administrator/"

Which caches do you clear? DB or files?

Can you confirm that both civicrm.settings.php files (each site has 2) match for the good and the bad sites?

I am using the Administer>System Settings>Cleanup Caches function.

config files are accurate. Good and bad sites match.
