Error on update phone / mobile number

On inline Editing and Saving contact's phone number it returns "Network Error
Unable to reach the server. Please refresh this page in your browser and try again."

While I can edit other fields without this error.

I have cleaned CiviCRM Cache and logut/login


On using the contact regular edit (not inline) it returns DB Error as follows.
"Sorry but we are not able to provide this at the moment.
DB Error: unknown error"
CiviCRM 4.3.5
Drupal 7.22

I have upgraded from 4.07 to 4.1 to 4.2 to 4.3.5.

Well :( it did not help.

But, after a couple of days, I proceeded to update a few drupal modules (views, ctools, webform, webform_civicrm) and also rebuilt content access permission.
And voila :),suddenly I realize that I can now update the phone numbers. I am not sure what fixed it.  but these are the things I did and it worked.
