Custom Template directory problem with N sites N databases.

I have setup a second site, drupal 7 with civicrm 4.3.4 using separate db's. I have set the Custom Templates directory for the second site, but the custom template has no effect. (It's in Custom Template dir/CRM/Profile/Form/14/edit.tpl + dynamic.tpl) It works fine if I put it in core. All other functions seem to work in the second site.

It's working.  The edit.tpl simply has an include which was pointing to the core version of Dynamic.tpl. Changing this to include the custom version of Dynamic.tpl works.
