Pages are not "well" displayed
August 26, 2013, 05:55:33 am
Hello,

I'm facing an issue with our 4.3.5 CiviCRM install.
I access the tool from our server at this address : http://127.0.0.1:8080/mysite/ and users are accessing the tool from the local network using the following address: http://192.168.20.10:8080/mysite/

The problem is that data are badly displayed when accessing the 192... address, while it works well when accessing from the server (localhost).

Here are an example of error message we got :

Warning : file_get_contents(\sites/all/modules/civicrm/packages/jquery/plugins/jquery.dashboard.js) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory dans drupal_build_js_cache() (ligne 4915 dans D:\xampp\htdocs\mysite\includes\common.inc).
Warning : file_get_contents(\sites/all/modules/civicrm/js/noconflict.js) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory dans drupal_build_js_cache() (ligne 4915 dans D:\xampp\htdocs\mysite\includes\common.inc).

Warning : file_get_contents(\sites/all/modules/civicrm/js/noconflict.js) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory dans drupal_build_js_cache() (ligne 4915 dans D:\xampp\htdocs\mysite\includes\common.inc).

Could someone help ?
Thanks

in general civi works better if everyone accesses it from the same url. I would always use: http://192.168.20.10:8080/mysite/

and be consistent that way

Thanks Lobo,
I can use this http://192.168.20.10:8080/mysite/ from the server but how can I solve the issues ?
Should I reinstall the whole site using systematically http://192.168.20.10:8080 to access it, or is there somewhere a parameter to change ?
Thanks

might want to check and follow the instructions here:
