Export Contacts with Last Contribution Amount and Date?

Hello,

Is there a way to export contacts with the most recent contribution amount and date exported as well?

Can the PRIMARY fields list be edited to include that information?
I am simply not seeing the Contribution data in the self-selected fields for export?

I'm assuming u mean contact export. No, that feature is not present.

I think civi does need a feature where we can create "trigger based" custom fields easily. That way, we could record the last contrib date and amount as a contact custom field and hence easily export it. Would make sense to keep that updated via a trigger

Any chance u'll can investigate and contribute code towards making this happen?

I thought Jamie at PTP was working on this?  http://civicrm.org/blogs/ptpmark/new-features-managing-donors-civicrm

According to this: http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRM/CiviEngage+Enhancements+for+fund-raising there's a beta extension to do this, but it's not in the extension directly.  Gabe, you might want to follow up with PTP?
