Getting email from PayPal about failed IPN

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

http://iowayouthchorus.org/wp4civicrm/wp-content/plugins/civicrm/civicrm/extern/ipn.php?reset=1&contactID=77&contributionID=51&module=event&eventID=22&participantID=49
http://iowayouthchorus.org/wp4civicrm/wp-content/plugins/civicrm/civicrm/extern/ipn.php?reset=1&contactID=80&contributionID=54&module=event&eventID=22&participantID=52

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

i would play around with the url and your apache config and ensure that you can load ipn.php in your browser before retrying the paypal transaction
