Are there CiviCRM external hosting companies that provide full maintenance?
August 30, 2013, 10:00:59 pm
I work with a small nonprofit and we are considering whether we should use CiviCRM. We are interested in external hosting and I was wondering whether there are any hosting companies that offer CiviCRM installation, maintenance, updates, etc. so that we would just be able to log in and start using it (we don't need very many features...just a way to keep track of supporters of our project). I've looked at a number of the providers listed on the Hosting Provider Information page but wasn't really able to find what we're looking for. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any help and apologies if I haven't phrased the question exactly right (I'd be happy to clarify what we are looking for if it's at all unclear).

Sounds like you're wanting a SaaS solution (Software as a Service).

From the hosting providers site the following offer that:
http://civisites.com/
http://civionline.com

We provide what you are looking for - installation, configuration, hosting, software maintenance, implementation assistance, ongoing support, and ongoing training sessions over the web for a single monthly fee plus a small set up fee. Check out our site and feel free to contact me with questions.
