Options Importer Extension - Release 1.0

Hi guys,

I've just uploaded a stable release for Options Importer Extension,
This extension allows the user to create options for a custom field, importing them from a CSV file. Very time-saving when having custom fields wit a lot of options, no need to type them one by one.
