404 Not Found Error
September 02, 2013, 11:31:37 am
Greetings,

I've recently been trying to wrap up a deployment; the only thing remaining is a few random imports.  I managed to import 2100 records previously (about 5 columns) and another set of 1200 (about 6 columns).  I've finished some misc attachment coding  for a plugin, and I'm trying to upload about 800 personal records with 10 columns.   That failed several times, then I broke it into two, and that still failed.

Each time that I've tried an import (even down to about 100 records), I've gotten a 404 error, where it directs to a wordpress fail after about 2-3 minutes.

I figured it might be due to an employer field making it time out (creating two records for each), so I attempted to upload just the 'Employer' records (i.e. schools, which is the attached spreadsheet), only to also see that fail as well.

I then uploaded successfully the schools list I have to the wordpress demo site, which does indeed work.

I'm running wordpress with Civicrm 4.3.4 on Wordpress 3.5.1 on a dreamhost VPS.
My overall resources are set to 1200 MB.  The PHP (5.3.13) settings are:  memory_limit = 768M; max_execution_time = 3600

Is there another relevant php (or mysql) setting that I need to be aware of and have set?

Just looked into the error.logs file and additionally noticed the following:

Premature end of script headers: admin.php, referer: http://[site]/wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/import/contact&_qf_Preview_display=true&qfKey=[...]
