Incorrect version number display?

After running 'svn update', I'm told I'm at version 13874. However, the footer on my pages still says "Powered by CiviCRM 13728."

How do I make sure this is correctly updated? Even better, can I get the full version number, e.g., 2.0.13874 ?

the version number 2.0.x is generated during the "release a version to sourceforge" process. With an svn update, you will not get this feature

You'll need to change it manually in: templates/CRM/common/version.tpl

You might need to delete the templates_c directory, so smarty can rebuild all templates from scratch
