404 error with URL Click-through tracking on

I am running both the latest version of wordpress and civicrm. For the last several verisons (of both) i have been getting a 404 error with all my links when URL Click-through tracking is on. I have checked the BaseURL and it is correct. Any suggestions as to where I can start to fix this issue?

whats the format of the click thru links. also whats your civicrm url. (U can replace the hostname with example.org)
