Include Household Profile in User My Account

I've read a few different posts and blogs about this but nothing recently (everything was for v3 or prior).

What I want to do is enable a user when logged in to click on My Account and be able to edit their individual info and their household info. I attempted to do this by creating two profiles: 1. Individual info profile and 2. Household info Profile.

I read a blog posts by lobo  http://civicrm.org/node/587 that posted some code to enable this. I tried looking at the code against the current code and don't really see how to edit the new code to do this.

Anyone been able to allow a user to edit their household info via a profile which shows up on the view/edit drupal profile?

Have you tried doing this with the Webfrom CiviCRM integration module?

I looked at it but couldn't figure out how to make it a tab on the my account page.
