Files Permission Error while installation

I installed civicrm 4.3 version on wordpress 3.4 version , but during re-check requirements error occurring in red color ,

Error Name -  The user account used by your web-server - xxxxxx - needs to be granted write access to the following directory in order to configure the CiviCRM settings file:
//xxxxxx/xxxxxxxxx/public_html/civicrm/wp-content/plugins/files

kindly help me out !!

You need to create a directory called 'files' in the plugin directory of your WordPress install and then change the permissions so it has write access. Once complete do a recheck and all should be green and good to go.
