Cold Call Campaign – Setup
I have a small 100s of prospects for a cold calling campaign and would like to learn more about civicrm by actually using civicrm.  I would like to derisk this start process and have receive guidance in a experienced direction.

I have civicrm 4.3.5 with D7 installed.
Completed the checklist.
Require support to complete the following:
  • Set up Contact Types
    Add defined fields for cold calling campaign
    Check reports based on cold calling actions.
    Check emails send correctly as part of campaigns
    If there is still time, look at excepting case via email
2-3 nights MST
