Simple contribute page
September 13, 2013, 08:12:45 am
Hi,

I'm developing a registration and tier'd member system using Civicrm. I have followed the guides and created a simple contribution page to register members and let them select the membership tier they want. However, when I try to submit the form it just brings me back to the same form I was on, I have checked the header and it seems to post all the variables correctly and even gets a 200 status code, but nothing actual changes. It is posting to the below URL

'sitename/pagename/?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/contribute/transact'

I'm using the latest version of WordPress.

Thanks for any help.

How do you have the form setup in WordPress. Are you using a specific page with a Civi short code or do you have a set template for all Civi pages?

I just used a standard WordPress page and embedded the Civicrm form. Everything else is done in Civi and it is all standard.

Are you viewing the page by going to the page address (from WordPress pages section) or are you clicking the link from the Manage Contributions section of CiviCRM?

I've tried using both and they gave me the same outcome.
