Activities Dojo Missing on Advanced Search

I noticed that my activities dojo is missing on the advanced search form. Everything else appears to be there.

In further investigating this, I noticed that CiviCRM demo site has a single "Activities" check box in Administer CiviCRM > Global Settings > Site Preferences in the Advanced Search section. Where as in my Site Preferences I have two boxes that refer to activities:
activity history and scheduled activity (they are both checked)

I have cleared my templates_c folder, and I have the latest 2.0.2 release (I first noticed on the 2.0 upgrade).

Attached is screenshot of advanced search dojos and screenshot of my whole Site Preferences section.

Any suggestions on how to resolve? Shall I post a bug?

This is due to a bug in the original version of the 1.9 -> 2.0 upgrade script.
