Helping setting up SMS

Hi

I am trying to set up the SMS, just with Clickatell as test to see how it works but I don't get any provider option in the drop down of CIVICRM > SMS Provider > Add Provider.

I'm using Joomla 3 and CIVICRM 4.3.5

Any chance someone might be able to tell me what I am missing here.

Hi, I think you need to install the extension for Clickatell first, then you get the option to select that provider.  Have you done that?

No I haven't.

To start I thought CIVICRM came with Clickatell in as the default but then read that more before posting and ended up on the extensions download but I'm not sure which, what or how this needs to be done for a Joomla site https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/tree/master/tools/extensions
